David Hermanson/CDbaby.com 2006
Fresh! Jimmy Buffet meets Nancy Griffith and Paul Simon.
Certainly an album of poppie folk. I can picture Buffet singing most of these tunes. Seems to mix from different genres and almost has a aura of broadway that seems to draw upon Andrew Lloyd Webber of the 70's. As a set, the tracks from this album could play as a musical similar to "The Capeman" or "Mama Mia." All-in-all a very pleasant mix of music.
