COMPANY MISSION

Monaghan Music, LLC, is a single member limited liability company formed and operated by William Monaghan whose principal activity is musical services, namely, to produce, write, record, perform, and teach music. Genres include, but are not limited to, church ministry and service music, individual concerts, band performances, and theatrical productions. Teaching includes private lessons as well as instruction in rehearsals. Production includes writing, composing, and collaborating on original music with others; recording, editing, and finalizing into cd format this music; and also pursuing other multi-media avenues such as film and other presentations. Church music involves performances at services like Mass, graduations, retreats, sacraments, as well as working with teen ministry to develop music and spirituality with teens in area churches. Other music involves nursing home performances (Melodies and Memories), carnival band performances, performing arts camp, theatrical productions, festival concerts, and auditorium concerts.

The ultimate mission of Monaghan Music, LLC, is to bring, through music and the arts, messages of hope, love, friendship, and the promise of a good future to as many people as possible. Through collaboration, teaching, performance, and technology, Monaghan Music, LLC, strives to make a difference in this world in a positive way.

Revenues are paid to Monaghan Music, LLC. Employees of Monaghan Music, LLC, are individual contractors paid by stipend and reported as 1099-MISC. Some performances and services are pro bono.
